She recently took on a new role as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at NEOGOV, in which she works alongside the HR Manager to develop company-wide training programs to help employees expand their perspectives and create a safe space for employees to discuss difficult topics surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
